My phone memory card had been attacked by "SHORTCUT" virus. i know that virus name doesnt even exist at all. hoho. but anyway, i dont have ideas about that type of virus. maybe i will do some googggglling after this. (ya rite lazzy me xD)
i cant access my memory card when i plug it in my laptop. i can only see all the folders in my memory card turn to shortcuts. so when i tried to open it, it says, i cant open this folder cus i dont have permission etc etc. something like that but i still can open the contents without any haste in my phone. i was puzzled. totally.
i was sooooooo afraid that time cus all my precious pictures, my "pendidikan moral kerja amal" pictures were in there, DCIM folder. seeing the pictures were okay in my phone so i decided to send it to my mothers phone then to my laptop through bluetooth.
indeed, it took very long time to finish. just imagine, if the bluetooth connection is lost, i have to send it again all way run. YES. IT HAPPEN. the phone was with my mother all the time. and she walked to everywhere. bluetooth is useless when the two phones are distant. i dont want to follow my mother wherever she go just to transfer all the 300+ pictures. it would be endless.
luckily, i found an article about this on internet. at first, i was doubted at it. how will i know if i havent try yet? so why not rite. by doing below steps, you can remove the virus as well as the shortcut folders by yourself.
